Our approach

PPC campaigns and landing pages

Paid media connects an audience, an offer and a landing experience. We review those together before recommending how to allocate spend. A lower cost per click is not a useful result if the traffic cannot become an appropriate customer.

We start with margins or lead value, sales capacity, the purchase cycle and the available measurement. For lead generation, a submitted form and an accepted sales opportunity should be distinguished. For ecommerce, attributed revenue still needs to be interpreted alongside margin, returns and other acquisition costs.

Choose the right advertising channels

Search can respond to existing intent; social can introduce or revisit an offer. Neither channel is automatically appropriate for every business. The campaign plan explains which audience or intent is being tested and what would justify changing the budget.

Plan your advertising budget

Use the PPC budget calculator and ROAS calculator to explore inputs. They are planning illustrations, not forecasts. Real campaign decisions need reliable conversion data and feedback from the people handling the sales.

Discuss your target markets

Bird works from London and Essex with businesses serving nearby customers, the wider UK and international markets. We agree which of those audiences matters to this brief before recommending pages or campaigns. Contact the team to confirm meeting arrangements and bring the website, business priorities and any relevant constraints to the discussion.

Frequently asked questions

Which advertising channels should we use?

The choice depends on demand, audience, offer, budget and how an enquiry or sale is completed. We compare the job each channel can do before allocating spend. Running every channel is not a requirement for a useful campaign.

Is advertising spend included in your management fee?

The proposal separates platform media spend from management, creative, landing-page development and tracking work. This makes the operating budget and delivery responsibilities clear before a campaign starts.

Can we use our existing advertising accounts?

We can review the accounts you already own and agree the access needed. Keeping ownership and billing clear helps preserve useful history and makes handover straightforward. Any account or tracking changes should be recorded.

What happens if the landing page does not convert?

We investigate the complete journey, including the offer, page relevance, form, tracking and sales follow-up. Campaign changes alone may not resolve an unclear proposition or broken enquiry route. Website work is scoped explicitly where needed.

How do you decide whether to increase a budget?

We review conversion quality, available demand, costs and the reliability of the measurement. More spend should follow evidence that the additional traffic can support the business goal. A low cost per lead is not sufficient if the leads are unsuitable.

What should we prepare before requesting a proposal?

Share your target customers, services, markets and approximate budget. Existing account history, conversion definitions and information about lead quality help establish a starting point. We then agree channel scope, testing and reporting.
